An established legal practice in Dublin is seeking an experienced Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to final completion.
• Take client instructions for wills and prepare comprehensive will documentation.
• Attend court proceedings as required.
• Handle files autonomously, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage residential property sales and conveyancing transactions on behalf of executors, administrators, and beneficiaries.
• Oversee transmissions of freehold and unregistered titles where necessary.

About you

• Ability to work independently while providing excellent client service.
• Experience with the Keyhouse case management system is an advantage, but not essential.

• Salary commensurate with experience
• Full-time, office-based role
