Proactive Bilingual Customer Support (English & Finnish)

MiniMed Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide proactive support to individuals with diabetes. The role involves engaging customers in their therapy journey, primarily through outbound support, and requires fluency in English and Finnish.

This full-time position is based in Watford, with a focus on building customer confidence and long-term loyalty. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service is necessary, along with excellent communication skills.
