PRM Passenger Service Agent - Airport Support (Temp-to-Perm)

Optime Group is seeking a Passenger Service Agent at Gatwick Airport to assist travellers requiring special assistance. The role involves escorting passengers, providing luggage assistance, and ensuring efficiency in operations. Applicants must hold a valid manual UK driving licence, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work under pressure. The initial pay is £13.45 per hour, increasing to £14.71 after 3 months. Full training will be provided, and there's a temp to perm opportunity based on performance.
