Private Patient Experience Coordinator

Newmedica, a leading NHS ophthalmology provider in England, is seeking a Private Patient Coordinator for our Leeds site. The role is 40 hours over 5 days per week, with weekends on a rota and occasional travel to Harrogate and Wakefield.

You will be the main contact for private patients, ensuring an outstanding journey from first contact to end of treatment, and handling enquiries while maintaining key KPIs. Strong admin and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
