A global investment platform is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Greater London. This role will involve structuring and launching private market funds, as well as providing legal and regulatory advice. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of PQE with strong experience in private funds and alternative investments. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy and exposure to complex, global private market transactions.
