Job Description
Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Private Funds (Institutional) Associate for a premier City law firm in London. The role focuses on funds formation (PE, private debt, real estate, infrastructure) and advising institutional private funds.
The successful candidate will have 4-6 PQE and experience in a dedicated funds team within a US, Magic Circle, or top City firm, with strong academics. Salary is £170,000-£180,000 per annum, permanent, full-time.
