Private Equity Transactions Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its growing Litigation & Enforcement team in London.

The successful candidate will work alongside Partners and experienced lawyers on sophisticated, high-value matters for major international clients, including financial institutions, multinational businesses and other leading organisations.

• Working on complex commercial litigation, disputes and enforcement matters.
• Supporting high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Conducting detailed legal research and analysis.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, submissions and other legal documents.
• Assisting with disclosure, document review and hearing preparation.
• Working closely with Partners, clients, counsel and other professional advisers.
• Supporting matters across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.
• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
• Taking responsibility for key aspects of matters and working collaboratively within a highly regarded team.

• Strong experience in commercial litigation, disputes or enforcement.
• Excellent drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
