We are working with a highly regarded advisory firm that continues to strengthen its presence in the private equity market. As part of their strategic growth in London, the firm is looking to appoint a Private Equity Tax Partner to lead and expand their offering to PE houses and their portfolio companies.

This is a key leadership role, focused on delivering high-value tax advice across the full post-deal lifecycle. You will work closely with private equity clients and their senior executives on complex structuring, exit planning, management incentivisation, and broader transactional tax matters. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in introducing other service lines across the firm, ensuring a joined-up, full-service offering that adds long-term value to clients.

You will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the firm's private equity tax capability building new relationships, growing market share, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery. The firm welcomes interest from established Partners or ambitious Directors with strong PE tax credentials who are ready to take the next step in their career.
