We are partnered with a US law firm who are looking to hire a Private Equity lawyer to work with a range of upper mid-market and large cap clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least two years Private Equity experience
• England and Wales qualified
• Trained at a Private Practice Law Firm
• Good academics
