Private Equity Funds Legal Counsel

Schroders Capital Private Equity is seeking a legally skilled professional to manage the legal workstreams for new funds and mandates. You will draft and review critical fund documents, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and lead investor negotiations to ensure smooth launches.

Based in London, you will support a global private equity platform, liaise with Compliance, Risk, and Finance, and help manage relationships with the Private Equity business worldwide.
