Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting professional to take ownership of a portfolio of funds within a growing Private Markets team.

This is a technically focused role with responsibility for NAV production, investor reporting and team management, alongside opportunities to drive process improvement, automation and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely production of NAVs for a portfolio of Private Equity funds.
• Prepare and review investor deliverables including capital calls, distributions, fee calculations and reporting packs.
• Review accounting outputs, reconciliations and valuations, ensuring strong controls and accuracy.
• Act as a key contact for Client Service Managers and support the audit process.
• Resolve technical and operational issues, escalating where required.
• Lead and support a team while driving continuous process improvements.
• Work with technology teams on automation and system enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' relevant fund accounting/financial services experience, with Private Equity experience gained in a Fund Administrator
• Professional accounting qualification - ACCA, ACA or equivalent is desirable
• Strong knowledge of NAV production, Private Equity structures and investor reporting.
• Proven team management experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
