Private Equity Associate (Elite US law firm/NY Rates) NQ-2 PQE

Our client seeks a driven and motivated private equity Associates, ideally at NQ to 2 years post-qualification experience, to join their highly ranked team.

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Your responsibilities will involve advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on various matters. This is including auction and buyout processes, investments, exits, and corporate advisory work.

• The firm are committed to expanding this dynamic and successful team, as it plays a crucial role in the corporate practice and the broader strategy of our private equity capabilities.

• NQ-2PQE experience in private equity at a leading law firm (E&W Qualified or top tier Australian/New Zealand law firm background).
