Flourish Medical is currently recruiting a GDC-registered Private Dentist for a permanent 3-day-per-week position at a well-established fully private dental practice in Pershore. This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist seeking a stable, long-term role within a modern practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

This position is commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Birmingham and Evesham.

The Role - Private Dentist

• Permanent position working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• 40-50% private fee split with excellent earning potential and established patient demand.
• Fully private dental practice in Pershore

Key Responsibilities - Private Dentist

• Provide high-quality private dental treatment and patient care
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver a range of general dentistry treatments to a high clinical standard
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Deliver excellent communication and patient experience
• Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Follow all current GDC, CQC, and cross-infection control guidelines

• GDC-registered Dentist
• UK dental experience essential
• Right to work in the UK
