Private Credit/ Direct Lending, AVP

Primary Responsibilities

• Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions
• Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling
• Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
• Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk
• Understanding nuances of local markets, local regulation, and the capabilities and practices of competitors
• Monitoring market movements, analysing trends, and assessing their impact on existing positions and potential new strategies
• Managing desk P&L and risk exposure, ensuring adherence to limits and prompt escalation of potential issues

Qualifications

• Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis
• Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds
• Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
