Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor (5+ PQE)

A Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor from 5 years + PQE, is required for a top, full service law firm close to Bromley.

Experience required for this Private Client, Wills and Probate Solicitor vacancy:

• Handling a wide caseload of private client matters
• Drafting wills, including drafting life interest trusts and vulnerable person trusts, and understanding inheritance tax planning that could be applied when the wills are being drafted
• Experience in administering estates, which would include estates that are liable to inheritance tax and dealing with the submission of an IHT400 to HM Revenue & Customs
• Experience in preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
• Additional experience in trust management and Court of Protection applications and general management of a person's financial affairs would be useful, but not essential
