• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex tax technical information to non-experts.
• Drive the delivery of one-off advisory and compliance assignments.
• Mentor and provide technical training to team members to foster their development and enhance team performance.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the team.
