Private Client Solicitor: Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning

Chadwick Nott are working with a West Midlands firm to appoint a Private Client Solicitor. With 3-5 years PQE you will handle a broad mix of private client matters, including wills, trusts and Court of Protection.

You will manage probate and estate administration, draft wills and lasting powers of attorney, and advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries. STEP qualification is preferred, and a strong client-service ethos is essential.
