Private Client Solicitor (Part-Time) - Melton Mowbray - 5+ Years PQE

We are working on behalf of a valued client, a well-established and respected law firm based in Melton Mowbray, who is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE to take on a varied and rewarding caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Probate and estate administration


• Drafting wills


• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)


• Trust matters


• Inheritance tax planning


• Advising clients on succession and estate management

You will work closely with clients, providing clear and compassionate legal advice while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Applicants should have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE within private client law


• Strong technical knowledge across probate, wills, and LPAs


• Excellent communication and client relationship skills


• A professional, empathetic, and organised approach


• The ability to manage a caseload independently
