Private Client Solicitor - Flexible Part-Time Role in Cheadle A well-established and supportive law firm in Cheadle is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving team on a part-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to return to work, balance childcare commitments, or gradually transition toward semi-retirement, while still handling meaningful and interesting Private Client work. The Role:

• Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters
• Advise on complex issues such as trusts, succession planning, and estate administration
• Collaborate with an experienced team and provide guidance to junior colleagues where appropriate
• Flexible hours, working 2-3 days per week, or half days to suit your schedule

About You:

• 2+ years PQE in Private Client work
• Experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and IHT planning for a range of clients
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload
• Client-focused, with excellent advisory and communication skills
• Professional, personable, and confident handling sensitive matters
