You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm while developing strong relationships with clients. The role also offers scope to become involved in business development and networking activities. For more experienced candidates, there is a clear progression pathway towards a future succession role as Head of Department, offering the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the team.
