Your work will include:

• Managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
• Providing clear, compassionate and pragmatic legal advice
• Supervising and mentoring junior or secretarial staff (or stepping into supervision for the first time)
• Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining long-term relationships
• Ensuring compliance, accurate billing and time recording
• Supporting business development and the continued growth of the department
• This opportunity would suit someone who is confident in their technical ability and motivated by meaningful client work.

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience
• Comfortable managing your own caseload independently
• Organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
• Experienced in supervising others, or ready to take the next step
