Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters
• Draft key legal documents such as trust deeds and letters of wishes
• Advising on the establishment and ongoing administration of UK trusts
• Providing guidance on trust taxation (income tax, CGT, IHT)

The Successful Applicant

The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor with relevant experience in private client matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts and probate law.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
