Are you passionate about helping individuals and families plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established Wills & Probate team, supporting clients through some of life's most important decisions.

This is a role where you can build lasting relationships while progressing your career within a supportive environment.

You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, ensuring exceptional service from initial instruction through to successful completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and related matters
• Providing guidance and supervision to junior team members
• Maintaining strong communication with clients and professional contacts
• Ensuring accurate time recording, billing, and compliance with regulations
• Managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Contributing to business development and promoting private client services

To be successful in this position, you will bring both legal expertise and strong personal skills.

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience in private client work, including Wills and Probate
• Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
• Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
• Experience supervising junior staff, or a willingness to develop in this area
• Empathetic, approachable, and committed to exceptional client care
