This is a unique opportunity to work within a top-ranked team (Chambers & Partners) that advises a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and executors across Scotland, the UK, and internationally.

• Drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Trust and executry administration
• Estate planning and tax advice for high-net-worth clients
• Advising on personal injury trusts and incapacity cases
• Cross-border succession and tax matters
• Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to team training
• Leading client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

• NQ-4 years PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management
• Commercial awareness and billing experience
• Passion for mentoring and team collaboration
