Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be able to:

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other related legal documents.
• Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax matters.
• Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice tailored to individual client needs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
• Experience in drafting wills, trusts, and handling probate matters.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and inheritance tax regulations.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
