Job Description
Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services. They pride themselves on their client-focused approach and our commitment to delivering exceptional results. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner to join the team.
The Role- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, with a focus on estate administration.
- Handling probate and estate administration from start to finish.
- Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.
- 2 years PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner.
- Strong knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Track record of consistent billing.
