- Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
- Administration of estates and trusts, including those with cross-border elements
- Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax issues
- Mental capacity advice and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- International estate planning and domicile matters
This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to work remotely for up to 40% of your time, and some travel to offices in London as client needs dictate.
About You:
- 3-6 years' PQE in Private Client law, with solid experience across wills, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent academic background (ideally 2:1 or above)
- Demonstrable interest in professional development, such as working towards STEP or ATT qualification
- Strong client-handling skills with a confident and proactive approach
- Comfortable managing a busy caseload and building relationships with clients and professional referrers
