BCL Legal are delighted to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm, currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established team based in the heart of Shrewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least one year of post-qualification experience to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

Known for its down-to-earth approach and strong client relationships, this firm offers high-quality private client work without the long hours or pressures of city-based practices.

The Role
You'll be working as part of a friendly and knowledgeable Private Client team, handling a varied caseload that includes:
Drafting wills and trusts
Probate and estate administration
Lasting powers of attorney
Tax planning and asset protection
Court of Protection matters
Elderly client advice and estate planning

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, work closely with experienced colleagues, and further develop your expertise in private client law in a nurturing environment.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 1 year of PQE in private client work
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
A client-focused and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ambition to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team culture
