Private Client Solicitor - Wills & Estates

Smith Partnership is expanding its Private Client team and inviting applications for Solicitor / Associate or Legal Executive roles in the Private Client / Wills and Probate group. The role involves drafting Wills and LPAs, administering estates, and using trusts to mitigate home fees, with a focus on client care and accuracy.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years PQE in Private Client, a current practising certificate or CILEX, and strong communication skills.
