Private Client Solicitor - Offshore

OUR CLIENT - Highly regarded Private Client team.

THE ROLE - We have a new role for a talented Associate Solicitor - Private Client 3-5 PQE to join a successful and expanding City based team. You will be advising HNW and UHNW individuals and families, family offices, entrepreneurs, charitable trustees, executors. The team is well known for delivering high level legal and tax advice to international private clients. The work will include providing a full range of E&W legal and UK tax advice to international private clients (UK resident and non-resident). Project managing the structuring and re-structuring of assets, drafting wills, trust deeds, and succession planning strategies. The post holder will be expected to act as the day-to-day contact for advising clients on ongoing or new matters in addition to supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level private client and tax advice to international clients (UK resident and non-resident).
• Project manage structuring and restructuring of assets.
• Draft wills, trust deeds, and succession planning strategies.
• Act as day-to-day contact for advising clients on ongoing or new matters.
• Support business development activities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in an offshore private client practice handling international or cross-border matters with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Ideally STEP qualified or willing to undertake STEP qualification.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
