Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with experience to join a successful team based in Wetherby. The successful candidate will be working as part of a successful and growing team, with secretarial support. This role is a permanent position.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be part of a team of Private Client specialists, who provide an effective and efficient service to clients regarding estate administration, will preparation, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Trust and Tax matters. Over 50% of their client base is above the IHT threshold and as such, they need someone who is confident in managing trusts and advising on tax matters.

Person specification

Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client law, with prior experience managing trusts and advising clients on IHT issues. You will also be keen to build your own reputation and be an active participant in business generation. You will be empathetic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to take your own initiative on matters.
