Private Client Paralegal - Wills, Estates & Trusts

Cullen Kilshaw Solicitors & Estate Agents in Tranent is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our busy team. You will handle a broad range of private client matters and support solicitors in delivering a high level of client service.

You will work closely with colleagues to manage executries, wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Scottish procedures, and timely progress of matters.
