Private Client Lawyer

One of Scotland's most respected commercial law firms is currently looking to hire an additional junior lawyer to join their highly-regarded Private Client team based in their offices in Perth.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be required to deliver private client legal advice and services including:

• Wills
• Executry Administration
• Guardianships
• Trust Creation and Management
• Tax Planning
• Powers of Attorney
• Elderly Client Law

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• To develop and maintain relationships on behalf of the firm with existing clients of the firm and to achieve repeat business for the Firm.
• This includes delivery to agreed standards and co-ordination of services for clients;
• To play part in specific business development projects including Wills reviews, client succession including ensuring that client information is obtained for the firm's database for service delivery and marketing purposes;
• To participate in team education and training.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally, you will have at least one year's post qualification experience working within a Private Client team.
• The role is based in Perth but will also work closely with firm's other Scottish offices.
