Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive 2+, West Midlands, c£40,000 to £60,000 (DOE). Leading regional firm are seeking a skilled and ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join this dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of wills, probate and estate management administration matters.
  • Provide expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.
  • Deal with and advise on all aspects of Wills, Probate, Court of Protection Deputyships, Powers of Attorney and Private Trusts/Settlements.
  • Include where appropriate income and capital taxation, tax planning and long term care planning.
  • Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service.
  • Provide clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
  • Work diligently, complying with professional standards as defined in the Office Manual and by the SRA and Lexcel.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Private Client solicitor or legal executive with relevant UK experience in wills, probate and estate administration.
  • Experience of Court of Protection Deputyships, Powers of Attorney and Private Trusts/Settlements is desirable.
  • Strong client-service orientation and ability to work effectively within a team.
