Private Client Lawyer - Somerton

You will handle a broad range of private client work, including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney with precision and care.

• Advising on and managing probate, estate administration, and trusts.

• Providing tailored tax planning and advisory services.

• Overseeing matters from start to finish, ensuring progress in line with service standards.

• Using the firm's case management system effectively to manage workflow and deadlines.

This is a client-facing role where you will also meet individuals in their homes when required, ensuring accessibility and personalised service.
