Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
A respected and progressive regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Associate to join its highly regarded team in Torquay. This senior level role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility and the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of a thriving department.

With Legal 500 recommended partners and specialists in Elderly & Social Care, Trusts, Tax, Succession and Estate Planning, the team provides a collaborative environment where high standards and professional development are prioritised.
The RoleYou will manage a complex and varied caseload while taking on a leadership role within the team.
- Handling Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Contributing to process improvement and best practice
- Leading on business development and strengthening client relationships
- Playing an active role in the strategic direction of the department
- 5+ years' PQE in private client work
- STEP membership (or working towards it) desirable
- Strong technical expertise across the full private client spectrum
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
- Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate new business
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client care
