Private Client - Senior Associate

We're looking for someone who will not only be technically strong and deliver excellent work, but who will genuinely enhance the team around them. You'll manage your own varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trust creation and administration

Alongside your own files, you will also:

• Support and help supervise junior members of the team
• Provide technical guidance where needed
• Work closely with the Head of Team to maintain high standards across the department
• Play an active part in a collaborative and supportive team environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience (around 5+ PQE preferred, though we will be flexible for the right person)
• Has strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, IHT and trusts
• Is confident supporting and developing junior colleagues
• Is organised, approachable and commercially aware
• Enjoys building trusted long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Brings a positive, team-focused attitude to their work

STEP qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential.
