A technically strong Private Business Tax Assistant Manager is required to join an award winning team in their Cardiff office in an advisory focused role.

The Private Business Tax Assistant Manager will take a lead on client advisory working with both UK and local markets across the central region. In this role typically you will work on:

Responsibilities

• Restructuring
• Private client tax issues affecting entrepreneurs/owners of businesses
• Tax /due diligence
• Management buyouts
• International tax matters, particularly with firm expansions

Qualifications

• CTA, CA, or ACA part or fully qualified
• Ambitious and keen to progress in your career
