Prison Officer - Behaviour Mentor

Aspire are currently seeking a Prison Officer to work in a Primary with a SEND provision as a behaviour mentor to work in the SEND department of a large mainstream primary academy working with KS1 and KS2 students. Your responsibilities will include:-Working on a 1-1 basis with certain pupils.

Working in small groups or in the class
Supporting the main teacher
Building good relationships with the pupils
Managing students behaviour
Positive reinforcement
Engaging students to complete their work This is a full time role working from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. If you are passionate about working with children or young people and have experience in this industry we want to hear from you. You need to be committed, a good communicator and willing to work with young people who have social, emotional and mental heath needs.
