Prison Offender Manager Rehab & Risk Reduction

Ministry of Justice is recruiting for a Prison Offender Manager to lead the management and assessment of low to medium risk prisoners. You will prepare, implement and review sentence plans, building supportive relationships to reduce re-offending.

The role is non-operational with no line management and is rotational, with prisoner-facing duties as part of the caseload. You will work with probation officers, use OASys/PNOMIS, and contribute to MAPPA and wider offender management processes.
