Prison Kitchen Lead Chef - 1200+ Meals Daily

Join Sodexo at HMP Altcourse to supervise and coach prisoners in producing 1200+ meals daily, three times a day. Ensure stringent food safety, hygiene and allergen controls while overseeing cleaning, stock rotation and health and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates hold City and Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ Level 1/2 in food production and cooking, with industrial catering experience and the ability to support those with challenging behaviour. Prison environment experience is desirable.
