Prison Employment Lead - Build Work-Ready Pathways

Ministry of Justice in England seeks a Prison Employment Lead to improve employment outcomes for prison leavers by assessing work readiness and matching candidates to suitable vacancies through the New Futures Network, DWP and other partners.

You will engage with prison staff, DWP prison work coaches and employers to identify opportunities, manage the Employment Hub, and coordinate with education providers to help candidates progress to meaningful, sustained work on release.
