Prison Administrator - Key Work Quality Assurance

Salary: £28,046.52

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to the rehabilitation of prisoners by ensuring the quality of key work activity.
• Provide assurance for the overarching framework in terms of the quality of key work activity and meet policy requirements and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate key work sessions, ensuring accurate record keeping and effective allocation of a small caseload (6 10 prisoners) for each prisoner in a male closed prison.
• Maintain high data quality and produce analysis that meets appropriate quality assurance standards.
• Work alongside probation and prison colleagues, providing regular contact with senior managers and officers regarding key work.
• Assist in maintaining an effective allocation and record keeping process that supports quality and meets expectations.
• Participate in mandatory training as required.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing complex information and developing systems for quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• General digital competence with proficiency in Word, Excel and Access at a practitioner level.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and respond flexibly to a changing environment.
• Proven self motivation and experience in escalating challenges to achieve successful outcomes.
