Printing & Finishing Operator (Direct Mail) - Cheshire - Depending On Experience

A leading printed communications company is looking to grow its production team to accommodate a significant rise in projects. This is a great time for someone with a demonstrable ability to operate digital printing and finishing machinery to join a company experiencing significant expansion. Working within a quality focused high volume and demanding continuous production environment, you will be exposed to 5S and Lean Principles and will be expected to comply and exhibit behaviours consistent with 5S and Lean.

• Operate the Polar 115 Guillotine.
• Operate the Kas Mailmaster card attaching machine.
• Operate the Security foiling machine.
• Apply 5S and Lean principles in a continuous production environment.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety regulations.

• Demonstrable experience operating digital printing and finishing machinery.
• Prior experience in a mailing environment.
• Physical stamina and flexibility with varying work schedules.
• Organised, results oriented team player with strong work habits.
• Decision making ability and proactive approach to assigned work.
