Due to significant investment in plant and technology and company growth, a print group with a diverse range of print offerings from large format to commercial print is looking for an Operations Director with outstanding communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a large, diverse team.

This key board level appointment is the perfect opportunity for a target driven high calibre Operations Director to take on the responsibility for the company's overall operational direction, management, and organisation. The Operations Director will be the senior figure responsible for driving efficiencies and improving productivity, in line with the business's strategic plans.

• Drive the overall operational direction and strategic execution of the company.
• Lead and inspire a large, diverse team across multiple departments.
• Identify, implement and manage efficiencies to improve productivity.
• Oversee the management of a wide range of departments, ensuring integration of company processes.
• Champion continuous improvement, development and long term success of operations.

• Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior management role.
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the printing industry's leading machine manufacturers and their capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivation skills.
• Ability to plan a variety of operational activities and discover the most efficient ways to run the business.
