Print Estimating Manager - Greater Manchester - £40k to £45k per annum (depending on experience)

£40k to £45k per annum (depending on experience).

An established printing company, which provides bespoke services to a large and diverse range of customers, is looking for an experienced print estimator to lead their Estimating Team of 4.

• Manage a small team and delegate tasks to subordinates.
• Communicate with superiors from other divisions of the organisation.
• Develop strategies and solutions to ensure the department and the systems run smoothly and accurately.
• Ensure strict deadlines are met while providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
• Liaise with outwork suppliers, negotiate and obtain correct prices.
• Plan, monitor and commit to quality driven activities, fostering teamwork.

• Good knowledge of a recognised MIS system.
• Experience managing a small team and confidence in delegation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cope under pressure, organising tasks to meet deadlines.
• Living or having recently worked in the UK within the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
