Print & Mailing Operator - West Midlands - £Depending On Experience

Overview

A leading direct mail company is experiencing exponential growth and is expanding its production team. The Operator will be responsible for operating a varied fleet of paper enclosing machines such as Bowe, Kern & Buhrs, as well as various print room equipment within the mail production team.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that you are adhering to company procedures, including quality checks on each job and ensuring that the relevant paperwork relates to each job.
• Liaise with the Operations Director / Supervisor to ensure KPI requirements and daily production goals are achieved, and generally assist with the smooth running of the production department as reasonably required.
• Positively promote and support the growth of the business and help sustain a positive 'can do' team production environment.
• Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Expectations
