Role Overview:Lead a team of engineers, business analysts, and testers.Ensure delivery of high-quality services to customers.Create conditions for team success both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:Maintain high customer and team satisfaction (at least 7/10, ideally 8/10).Ensure project success and financial viability.Collaborate with internal management on various aspects like commerce, account management, people management, operations, and technology. Requirements:Strong technical background in software development (experience as software engineer or architect preferred).A Java/JavaScript focussed stack. Excellent communication skills in English for building stakeholder relationships (any proficiency in Dutch or German proficiency is a bonus).Leadership skills to manage a team of professional software developers.Motivation to ensure project success.
