Principal Sustainability Consultant - Coventry

We are looking for a Principal Sustainability Consultant to join our growing Sustainability Team. This person will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards achieving their sustainability objectives. Leveraging your expertise in energy services compliance such as Part L building regulations, thermal Bridging calculations, condensation risk analysis, TM52/59 modelling.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Consulting with clients to assess their current sustainability practices and develop tailored strategies to achieve net zero emissions targets
• Provide expert guidance on compliance with energy services regulations, including Part L building regulations, and assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements
• Conducting comprehensive sustainability audits and develop roadmaps to improve environmental performance across various facets of operations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on Energy services such as Energy and Sustainability Statements, Overheating analysis, Part L compliance, Condensation Risk Analysis, Thermal Bridging calculations
• In-depth knowledge of UK energy regulations and standards, including Part L building regulations and other relevant legislation
• Qualified in the use of DesignBuilder
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform sustainability strategies and recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
• Professional certifications such as CIBSE accreditation
