As a Senior level Solutions Consultant (pre sales) with deep SAP domain expertise, you'll leverage Pega's portfolio of intelligent automation, decisioning, and customer engagement capabilities to design solutions that seamlessly integrate with SAP landscapes. You'll be the pre sales authority who translates client requirements into compelling solution architectures, demonstrates the art of the possible, and builds confidence in Pega's ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead discovery sessions to map client SAP environments and understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities across various sectors.
• Build and deliver compelling solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops tailored to each client's SAP landscape and business context.
• Create technical vision documents, solution blueprints, and architecture proposals that showcase the value of Pega within SAP centric enterprises.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop technically credible sales strategies that position Pega as the intelligent automation layer for SAP environments.
• Build deep stakeholder relationships with IT leaders, SAP architects, and business decision makers as their trusted technical advisor.

Who You Are:

• You are a solutions architect/pre sales consultant who excels at translating complex SAP environments into elegant automation solutions.
• You thrive in pre sales technical roles where you can showcase and storytelling innovation through compelling demonstrations and proof points.
• You bring deep SAP domain knowledge and are energized by designing solutions that bridge Pega and SAP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery sessions and design workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in solution architecture, technical storytelling, and consultative engagement methodologies.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate complex integrations and automation scenarios.
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast paced, entrepreneurial pre sales environments.

What You've Accomplished:

• 6+ years in pre sales solutions consulting, technical sales engineering, or solution architecture roles for enterprise software.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules such as Product Planning, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and driving business outcomes.
• Experience working in manufacturing or auto industries.
• Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and creatively.
• Familiarity with technologies such as AI, decisioning, workflow automation, and customer engagement platforms.
• Background in diverse SAP environments-from BTP and ECC to S/4HANA and other enterprise level solutions-covering different domains and processes.
